Please note the following CCCV refund policy for events which have payment:
If an event participant is unable to attend the event, please contact the event organiser who will attempt to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund will be provided. Should you wish to contest the decision not to provide a refund, the matter will be reviewed by the CCCV committee and its decision will be final.

Breakfast is booked for 9am at the restaurant looking over the Urban Surf wave pools. If you want to brave the cold you can book a surf session directly with Urban Surf on their website.
