If an event participant is unable to attend the event, please contact the event organiser who will attempt to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund will be provided. Should you wish to contest the decision not to provide a refund, the matter will be reviewed by the CCCV committee and its decision will be final.

| Sunday 2 | BATHURST 12 hour 2025 - BBQ The Bathurst 12 hour international endurance race is on again at Mt Panorama . This race will see a host of new GT cars with a cast of international drivers . The club will host a breakfast /lunch at Rohan Smiths if there is sufficient interest. Option is for breakfast and or lunch to watch the race on a big screen . Food to be supplied by the club , BYO drinks. RSVP by 31 st January is important for catering and to confirm the event . Respondents will be contacted re attendance for breakfast and or lunch . British & European Motoring Show Yarra Glen Racecourse Armstrong Grove, Yarra Glen. The British and European Motoring Show has firmly established itself as a highly anticipated event within the Victorian motoring enthusiast community. Entry is from Armstrong Grove, Yarra Glen Gates open from 9.00 am for Display Cars - Cobra site booked! Food and refreshments will be available at the show. Convenor: Theo Miritis (0417 846 159). Wandin Rotary Custom Car & Bike Shows (3 of 4) This is a great show to attend. It is run multiple times so you dont have to worry if you miss a single date etc. Dates are: Nov 20th, Dec 18th, Feb 19th and Mar 19th. (Note it is a mid-week event - e.g. 3rd Wednesday of the month. Strongly recommend you get there at least before 5pm as traffic can be challenging after then. Also, you can leave when you wish. Held at WANDIN EAST RECREATION RESERVE. MACEDON RANGES CRUZE 2025 After a highly successful event in 2024 this Cruze is on again in 2025 . The drive starts at the Calder Park BP outbound , meeting at 9.00am for a 9.30 am departure , and heads west towards the much celebrated Macedon Ranges region of Victoria including Hanging Rock. | Friday 7 | ALPINE RUN 2025 It’s on again for 2025 ! - 7th to 10 March 2025 . Check your diary and “lock in “ this great driving and social event . This year's event will incorporate the regular overnights at Beechworth, Omeo & Sale with an all up cost of $600.00 per car. You will see some of the most spectacular country side our state has to offer. Eat some of the freshest local produce and enjoy the friendship of other club members. First payment of $300.00 by 31/12 to secure your spot with he balance of $300.00 due by15/2/2025.
