If an event participant is unable to attend the event, please contact the event organiser who will attempt to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund will be provided. Should you wish to contest the decision not to provide a refund, the matter will be reviewed by the CCCV committee and its decision will be final.

| Sunday 23 | MACEDON RANGES CRUZE 2025 After a highly successful event in 2024 this Cruze is on again in 2025 . The drive starts at the Calder Park BP outbound , meeting at 9.00am for a 9.30 am departure , and heads west towards the much celebrated Macedon Ranges region of Victoria including Hanging Rock. | Friday 7 | ALPINE RUN 2025 It’s on again for 2025 ! - 7th to 10 March 2025 . Check your diary and “lock in “ this great driving and social event . This year's event will incorporate the regular overnights at Beechworth, Omeo & Sale with an all up cost of $600.00 per car. You will see some of the most spectacular country side our state has to offer. Eat some of the freshest local produce and enjoy the friendship of other club members. First payment of $300.00 by 31/12 to secure your spot with he balance of $300.00 due by15/2/2025. Melbourne F1 GP Shed Run Melb F1 GP Shed Run Welcome to Cam's new shed for lunch and to watch the race. Lunch anytime from 12pm - race starts at 3pm Lunch and drinks provided so please RSVP before 9th March. Wandin Rotary Custom Car & Bike Shows (4 of 4) This is a great show to attend. It is run multiple times so you dont have to worry if you miss a single date etc. Dates are: Nov 20th, Dec 18th, Feb 19th and Mar 19th. (Note it is a mid-week event - e.g. 3rd Wednesday of the month. Strongly recommend you get there at least before 5pm as traffic can be challenging after then. Also, you can leave when you wish. Held at WANDIN EAST RECREATION RESERVE.
