If an event participant is unable to attend the event, please contact the event organiser who will attempt to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund will be provided. Should you wish to contest the decision not to provide a refund, the matter will be reviewed by the CCCV committee and its decision will be final.

| Thursday 13 | Annual General meeting - August 2026 All members are encouraged to attend the club's annual general meeting. The meeting is held at the Manningham Club in Bulleen and starts at 7.30 pm., members can attend from 6.30pm for dinner and a drink. The meeting covers the usual club business, past and upcoming club events and news / updates in addition to conducting the AGM . The AGM will also confirm appointment of the club committee for another 12 months . Come along and support your club . RSVP to ensure you have a ticket in the door prize draw. CCCV Sunday Lunch August 23rd 1pm Jack Rabbit Vineyard Come along to a nice drive and then lunch at Jack Rabbit Vineyard on the Bellarine peninsula. THIS IS AN ALL-WEATHER EVENT, IF ITS RAINING BRING YOUR ROOF OR THE WIFE'S CAR.... 2 course lunch, shared entree and choice of main $45pp, Plus, drinks at bar prices. The Bend 500 BBQ and Hoist Day Sunday 13th September Let's enjoy a BBQ while watching the 500k race at the Bend in South Australia, the traditional lead up event to the Bathurst 1000. To add to the event a two-post hoist will be available for Cobra's (Preference will be given to Nationals Entrants), what more could you ask for than 10 members giving free advice... The BBQ, beer, wine, soft drinks, water and snacks will be provided by the club. SPEEDFEST 2026 - Cobra Nationals - Goulburn NSW SpeedFest 2026 is an event that the Cobra Car Club of NSW is running from 28th to 30th October at One Raceway in Goulburn NSW. The event involves two days of track action, a show and shine and social gatherings. This year is our second year running this style of event and we expect that it will be well attended by Cobra, GT40 and Daytona enthusiasts from NSW and interstate. Indications are that we will have at least 35 cars on the track, with dinners very well supported for partners and those who are coming for the social side of the event.
