If an event participant is unable to attend the event, please contact the event organiser who will attempt to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund will be provided. Should you wish to contest the decision not to provide a refund, the matter will be reviewed by the CCCV committee and its decision will be final.

| Sunday 7 | CCCV MEMBERS END OF YEAR LUNCH ( attendees now confirmed) This always popular year end lunch event offers members and their partners a great opportunity to meet , eat , drink and reflect on the year that was and discuss the many plans for the year ahead . The historic Roller Four Mills once owned by Jas Minifie and Co, was built over a century ago and at time represented the forefront of technological advancement. The complex is now known as Silo 9 at Lennon Mills . Positioned adjacent to freight rail this site has been repurposed as a contemporary warehouse complex which includes a unique roof top function space in the former Mill and silo area. CCCV has secured this space for our event. Lots of on site parking is available and which offers a great occasion to drive your cobra for display and our group photo. Well located , the former mill is only minutes from the Arden Street football ground in North Melbourne at no 1 Lennon Street , West Melbourne . Members cost is $30/person for food ( the club is subsidising the food ) . Drinks will be available for purchase ( via credit card ) . This event will commence at 12.00 noon. | Sunday 22 | Macedon Ranges Lunch Run 2026 The Macedon Ranges run is on again in 2026 . Meeting point is BP Calder Park at 9.00am for a 9.30am departure . Alpine Run 2026 Once again the Alpine Run will be conducted over the labour day weekend from Friday March 6 to Monday 9th.Overnight stops will be at Beechworth, Omeo and our final night in Sale. Next years event coincides with the running of the Australian F1 GP, so a function will be organised to enjoy this event together. The event is being limited to 15 cars and will cost $610.00 per car. to enter please RSVP here and make the first payment of $300.00 with 2nd payment of 310.00 due by 15/2/2026. This is one of the major events on the club calendar and usually fills up fast.
