If an event participant is unable to attend the event, please contact the event organiser who will attempt to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund will be provided. Should you wish to contest the decision not to provide a refund, the matter will be reviewed by the CCCV committee and its decision will be final.

| Sunday 08 | End of Year Function - Riverview Room - The Grand Hotel Warrandyte Our 2024 End of Year function for 2024 will be at The Grand Hotel Warrandyte. We will have our own private function room the Riverview room - upstairs. Commencing at 12 noon. Cost per person is $30. Bank Details as follows: BSB 063549 A/C No 10356848 RSVP essential as we have to pre-pay for the number of attendees. This venue has both indoor and an outdoor deck area which has great views. Wandin Rotary Custom Car & Bike Shows (2 of 4) This is a great show to attend. It is run multiple times so you dont have to worry if you miss a single date etc. Dates are: Nov 20th, Dec 18th, Feb 19th and Mar 19th. (Note it is a mid-week event - e.g. 3rd Wednesday of the month. Strongly recommend you get there at least before 5pm as traffic can be challenging after then. Also, you can leave when you wish. Held at WANDIN EAST RECREATION RESERVE. MACEDON RANGES CRUZE 2025 After a highly successful event in 2024 this Cruze is on again in 2025 . The drive starts at the Calder Park BP outbound , meeting at 9.00am for a 9.30 am departure , and heads west towards the much celebrated Macedon Ranges region of Victoria including Hanging Rock.
