| 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING |

| The Clubs AGM was held via Zoom at 7pm on 13 th August 2020 . The zoom video link was used due to COVID-19 restrictions in the State of Victoria which prevented the usual meeting format .
36 club members attended and participated in the meeting . The meeting opened with the core business being acceptance of the minutes of the previous AGM , the treasurers report and membership report respectively. Other items included the President’s update on the club committee’s activities during the Covid lockdown period and a number of proposed social , touring and Motorsport events which had been postponed . As there were no new nominations for appointment to positions on the Club committee , all existing members were re-elected unanimously for another year , each having offered to do so. The Club looks forward to a return to normal activities and events and will continue to monitor the opportunity to do so . |
